阿爾斯蘭，1996年9月24日出生于新疆，父親是男籃名宿阿的江。2014年，阿爾斯蘭從青年隊(duì)升到八一男籃一隊(duì)，開始征戰(zhàn)CBA。職業(yè)生涯至今先后效力于八一、新疆和寧波。

上賽季，阿爾斯蘭出戰(zhàn)31場比賽，場均36.1分鐘，得到19.8分3.7籃板8.1助攻，三項(xiàng)命中率為40.7/32.4/89.2%。值得一提的是，他的出場時(shí)間、得分、籃板、助攻都是生涯新高。
