至此，康涅狄格大學主帥丹-赫爾利已經(jīng)率球隊在瘋狂三月的比賽中取得13連勝，追平了杜克大學在1991-93年所創(chuàng)的連勝紀錄，同時也是康涅狄格校史第二長的瘋三連勝紀錄。

在去年休賽期，湖人有意聘請丹-赫爾利擔任球隊主帥，但最終赫爾利與康涅狄格大學達成6年3300萬美元的續(xù)約合同。
