巴特勒在2018年入選了西部全明星替補(bǔ)，但他全明星賽沒(méi)有出場(chǎng)。賽后巴特勒才表示，自己要優(yōu)先考慮在賽季剩余時(shí)間里幫助森林狼沖刺戰(zhàn)績(jī)，自己需要休息，所以沒(méi)有出場(chǎng)。但巴特勒在全明星賽后的第一場(chǎng)比賽就因右膝傷勢(shì)離場(chǎng)，隨后接受了半月板手術(shù)，直到4月才復(fù)出。

路威2017-18賽季全明星賽前為快船出戰(zhàn)了55場(chǎng)常規(guī)賽，其中14場(chǎng)首發(fā)，場(chǎng)均32.4分鐘，可以得到23.2分5.3助攻1.1搶斷，投籃命中率44.0%，三分命中率37.8%，罰球命中率89.5%。
